  • Ordering & Shipping

    1. Can other people order my
    design?
    If you order a custom U-Keys set we will not replicate or share it without your consent. However, if someone ends up with the same idea it is possible for the design you want to be duplicated.Hidden
    2. What colors are available for
    my designs?
    Our color scheme for custom orders are only limited to your imagination.
    3. How long will
    it take to create my designed?
    The lead time to create your custom order is about 24 hours. Then add in the USPS time of 3-5 days to ship in the continental United States.
    4 .Do
    you ship products internationally?
    Yes, if you are having trouble placing an international order contact us direclty at contact@ukeys.com
    5. What is the lead time for U-Keys business cards?
    Lead time typically is about 7-8 days from the time you buy to the time it reaches your door step.

    2. Will U-Keys effect the feel of
    playing my keyboard?
    Yes, however, our customers have shared that adding U-Keys overlays slighty changes the feel it does not interfere with the action of the instrument. If you don’t like the feel of U-Keys please return them within 7 days for a refund.
    3. What happens if
    my U-keys no longer sticks?
    If your standard U-Keys set no longer sticks within 60 days please contact us directly at contact@ukeys.com. If you have a custom set please contact us directly for repair options.
